We're looking for a driven Graduate eCommerce Web Developer to become part of our in-house team in Birmingham. This hybrid role offers the chance to grow your skills while contributing to real-world eCommerce platforms using a blend of conventional programming and cutting-edge AI-assisted development.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain reliable eCommerce systems.
- Engage in the full development lifecycle—planning, coding, testing—using both standard and AI-enhanced methods.
- Explore and apply modern AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve efficiency and code quality.
- Take part in weekly one-on-one training and structured learning sessions focused on technical growth and AI fluency.
- Contribute to and learn from regular hackathons and team knowledge-sharing events.
- Follow personalized SMART learning plans and onboarding programs to guide your development journey.

Technology Stack
You’ll work with a modern suite of tools including PHP, Laravel, LAMP, JavaScript, AlpineJS, Tailwind CSS, Vue.js, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Ansible, GitHub, GitHub Actions, MySQL, Redis, and AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code. Experience with AI debugging and testing tools is also valuable.
