AECOM is hiring a Graduate Engineer

About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll play an active role in real-world engineering projects, working alongside professionals across multiple disciplines. You’ll carry out defined technical tasks within larger assignments, using established methods to collect, assess, and interpret engineering data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine engineering activities such as calculations, modeling, and basic testing under moderate supervision
  • Identify issues in data, results, or processes and escalate them appropriately
  • Support the development of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines
  • Use engineering software and digital tools to assist in analysis and design workflows
  • Collaborate with teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical fields to help deliver integrated solutions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in engineering
  • Contribute to project delivery within defined budget, scope, and schedule parameters
  • Develop problem-solving approaches using sound engineering principles for unfamiliar challenges

Skills and Tools

You’ll apply industry-recognized engineering software and digital platforms to support design and analytical tasks, building proficiency through practical experience. This role emphasizes learning through doing, with opportunities to strengthen both technical competence and professional judgment.
