The Milwaukee Brewers are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our internal Creative Team. Under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll apply your creativity and design skills across a wide range of projects that support the entire organization. Your work will span print, digital and outdoor advertising, marketing collateral, in-stadium graphics and signage, production design, and logo creation.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to various project phases, including brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
- Handle design aspects, presentations, photo shoots, production, and planning.
- Interpret brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual representation across all design work.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate files for printers and vendors.
- Select, edit, and retouch photos as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creativity and design skills.
- High attention to detail and sound design and typographical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of printing processes and proper file preparation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A curiosity for creativity and a desire to learn new skills while growing current ones.
- The ability to work well both individually and in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be at least a junior pursuing a degree in Art, Graphic Design, or Visual Communications at an accredited college or university, OR be a recent graduate with such a degree.
- Solid understanding of Adobe CC programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom in a Mac environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Word.
