As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a central role in developing compelling design solutions across packaging, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and event graphics. What You’ll Do
- Design original visuals for print and digital media, including packaging, email campaigns, web interfaces, social assets, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and creative leadership to align design with strategic goals and audience needs
- Develop layouts and typographic systems that reflect brand standards and enhance message clarity
- Create and source graphics that support campaign objectives, ensuring all visuals are on-strategy and on-brand
- Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and manage revisions efficiently
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital outputs, following technical specifications
- Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive visual experience
- Support additional design initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating print and digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and XD
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, composition, and branding
- Experience with packaging design and prepress preparation
- Understanding of digital requirements for web, email, UX/UI, and social platforms
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated approach with attention to detail and quality
Preferred Experience
- Background in consumer-packaged goods, retail, or lifestyle branding
- Industry experience in beauty, fashion, or cosmetics
- Familiarity with environmental or event graphics
