As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you’ll produce impactful visuals across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and web experiences—working hand-in-hand with marketing, growth, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Do
- Design polished, on-brand graphics for digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social content
- Translate marketing objectives into clear visual solutions that support conversion and engagement
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, refine layouts, and enhance creative workflows
- Prepare production-ready files for handoff across digital platforms and development teams
- Balancing multiple priorities while delivering on time during Pacific Time working hours (9:00 AM–4:00 PM PT)
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design and brand execution
- Proven remote work experience, particularly with U.S.-based teams and tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design—whether for image generation, layout exploration, or workflow efficiency
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and digital design principles
- Reliable high-speed internet for seamless collaboration and file sharing
Preferred Experience
- Designing paid media ads for platforms like Meta, Google, or LinkedIn
- Landing page design with a focus on user experience and conversion
- Working in growth-driven environments with rapid iteration cycles
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance-based design optimization
