As the Graphics Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing end-to-end graphic production for media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will oversee the planning, assignment, and delivery of visual assets, ensuring alignment with project timelines, technical requirements, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation of graphics for print, digital, and television, assigning tasks to in-house staff, temporary personnel, and freelance designers based on skillset and project scope
- Provide ongoing technical and operational support to the design team, helping resolve challenges and maintain workflow continuity
- Monitor project progress in collaboration with the Graphics Manager, tracking deadlines and identifying potential delays
- Act as a liaison between creative, production, and post-production teams to streamline communication and optimize resource use
- Review project briefs and media plans to confirm specifications, formats, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and distribute work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution
- Communicate with vendors such as printers to verify color proofs, materials, and print runs
- Assess production timelines across platforms and adjust workflows to maintain efficiency
- Update stakeholders on project status, escalating issues with clear context and recommended actions
- Support 360-degree campaign delivery through close collaboration across departments
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, media production, project coordination, or a related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a graphics coordination, production, or creative project management role, preferably within television or media
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, After Effects, and Lightroom; familiarity with HTML5, Cinema 4D a plus
- Working knowledge of MediaPulse and Louise is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of the full graphics production lifecycle, from concept to final delivery
- Ability to evaluate design concepts for balance, clarity, and visual effectiveness
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to evolving demands
- Fluency in French is required for this role, given its location in Quebec
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring presence in the office for at least three days per week at the Verdun location. Flexible scheduling is available based on operational needs.
