As a GTM Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the data foundation that drives revenue strategy. You'll work closely with Go-To-Market analysts and leadership to identify business needs, define metrics, and deliver data products that streamline decision-making across sales and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to assess requirements, define scope, and implement scalable data solutions
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to replace manual reporting processes
- Transform raw data into structured, business-ready tables by embedding logic and ensuring consistency
- Design and manage dynamic dashboards tailored to evolving stakeholder needs
- Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and establish clear documentation standards
- Align with data teams to standardize core metrics and ensure organization-wide accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 7+ years in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or technical data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and optimizing ETL workflows in cloud data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, and schema modeling tools
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Mode, or Hex
- Working knowledge of Python and data ingestion frameworks
- Experience using git and command-line tools for collaboration and version control
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver on timelines
- Attention to detail in validating data accuracy and demonstrating business context

Compensation & Work Model
This role offers competitive base salary, equity in the form of RSUs, and comprehensive benefits. Targeted compensation ranges from $138,000–156,000 for Denver and most remote locations, and $168,000–189,000 for New York and San Francisco Bay Area. Final offers reflect experience, expertise, and location.
The position supports hybrid work with team hubs in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, and remote flexibility for other locations. All team members are expected to actively use and grow their fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflows.
