Shape the future of go-to-market operations through AI and automation
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to transform how marketing and sales systems operate at scale. In this role, you’ll design and deploy intelligent workflows that streamline campaign execution, audience targeting, and lead management. By integrating AI technologies and automation platforms, you’ll eliminate manual friction and accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain automated systems that enhance marketing efficiency, from campaign setup to audience segmentation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions
- Build and deploy AI-driven agents using LLMs, AI APIs, and RAG techniques to improve GTM processes
- Manage and optimize a broad marketing technology stack, including integration, access control, and roadmap planning
- Develop scalable workflows that reduce operational overhead and improve cross-team alignment
- Support lead lifecycle management by refining routing logic, scoring models, and SLA enforcement
- Document technical systems and train teams to promote self-sufficiency and consistent best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in Marketing or Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment
- Deep experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and automation tools like Clay or Workato
- Proven ability to implement AI or advanced automation to solve business challenges
- Strong technical foundation in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and data orchestration
- Experience managing multi-tool marketing stacks, including vendor oversight and optimization
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- A builder mindset—driven to turn complex problems into efficient, scalable systems
Nice to Have
- Programming experience in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting and API integrations
Technology Environment
You’ll work across a modern stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Workato, AI APIs, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, SQL, and BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Omni.
Benefits & Compensation
The starting salary range for this role is $127,000–$160,000 USD. In select cities—including Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Austin, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle—the range is $141,000–$180,000 USD. The role includes equity, performance-based pay where applicable, and a 401k with a 3% company contribution.
