Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related GTM function
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to navigate data model, build reports, understand objects/fields, and configure workflows
- Advanced SQL expertise, can write complex queries independently (joins, CTEs, window functions) to analyze GTM data and build data products at scale
- Hands-on experience with Clay and other GTM automation tools
- Deep understanding of API and integration fundamentals (i.e. REST APIs, webhooks, authentication)
- Demonstrated experience and evidence building production-quality solutions that are documented, testable, and maintainable (i.e. portfolio or GitHub of shipped projects and defined examples)
- Advanced AI/LLM experience and/or building RAG systems that provide context engineering for GTM use cases, or experience utilizing AI agents for GTM use cases
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in leveraging Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools for data warehousing and/or modeling
- Deep understanding of attribution models and GTM crediting
- Experience working in healthcare industry, highly regulated environments, and/or complex B2B sales environment
- Experience in a startup or high-growth, agile environment with shifting priorities
- Expertise with Salesforce AgentForce or Salesforce Einstein
