What You’ll Do
- Build and manage automated workflows that enhance lead generation, outreach, and CRM efficiency using AI and integration platforms
- Design system connections between HubSpot, BI databases, and internal large language model applications
- Implement automation frameworks based on sales methodologies like MEDDIC to reduce administrative load and increase conversion rates
- Develop predictive models for customer churn and expansion opportunities to support proactive engagement
- Train commercial teams on new tools and processes to ensure effective adoption and long-term success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with CRM automation, API integrations, and data workflows
- Hands-on skills in Python, SQL, or JavaScript for scripting and system customization
- Experience using HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms to drive business impact
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation and training abilities to support team onboarding
- Familiarity with SaaS sales processes, RevOps, or GTM operations is a plus
- Knowledge of ad tech or performance marketing environments is beneficial
