Lead the evolution of a high-impact EdTech platform by transforming its growth model from founder-led to a scalable, data-powered system. As Head of Growth, you’ll own the design and execution of the entire revenue engine—architecting funnels, leading experiments, and driving performance across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
What You’ll Own
- Rebuild and optimize conversion pathways to double performance, from first touchpoint to long-term engagement
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, pricing, and offers—using tools like VWO, Optimizely, and Amplitude
- Diagnose growth bottlenecks and lead evidence-based pivots in strategy, positioning, and targeting
- Launch and scale new acquisition channels with a focus on ROI, volume, and lead quality
- Map user journeys, identify friction, and implement rapid fixes using GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity
- Lead a cross-functional growth pod—spanning Paid, Copy, Web, and Product Marketing—with a player-coach mindset
- Collaborate closely with sales to refine targeting and prioritize high-intent leads over low-cost volume
- Act as the strategic client for content creation, delivering data-backed briefs to unlock high-performing angles
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in growth, conversion optimization, or performance marketing within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products
- Proven success in designing and scaling experiments that increased revenue or conversion
- Deep analytical ability—fluent in interpreting behavioral data and ensuring tracking integrity
- Native or bilingual fluency in French, with strong professional proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Figma, Looker Studio, Webflow, and testing platforms like AB Tasty or VWO
- A builder’s mindset: you test fast, learn quickly, and implement changes with precision
