Lead and scale strategic partnerships that fuel business growth by identifying, building, and managing high-impact relationships. You'll oversee a team of partner managers, guiding them to create scalable models that generate pipeline and close revenue through co-sell and referral channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute partnership strategies that directly contribute to revenue goals
- Embed partners into the sales lifecycle to increase deal velocity and win rates
- Develop co-marketing initiatives that align with go-to-market objectives
- Strengthen Freshpaint’s reputation as the preferred data platform for healthcare marketing teams
- Coach and grow a team of partnership professionals, enhancing their strategic and execution capabilities
- Facilitate executive-level alignment between Freshpaint and top-tier partners
What You Bring
- Minimum of 8 years in partnership development, with 2–3 years managing teams
- Proven success creating GTM strategies that use partners to scale revenue
- Hands-on experience in referral and co-sell partnership models
- Background in B2B SaaS startups, marketing agencies, or healthcare technology is highly valued
