Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an integrated strategy spanning people data science, analytics, and people operations.
- Integrate data-driven methodologies into talent processes including interviewing, compensation, development, promotions, rewards, and recognition.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to leverage internal AI technology for enhancing people systems and employee experiences.
- Design an operational framework that connects experimentation, insight development, process innovation, and service delivery.
- Oversee the creation of analytics tools, dashboards, research plans, and testing models to strengthen decision-making.
- Define and enforce consistent service levels, workflows, and controls within core people operations.
- Work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, total rewards, legal, finance, IT, and security teams to enhance execution of key people initiatives.
- Lead efforts to streamline and automate onboarding, role transitions, offboarding, case handling, employee support, and data governance.
- Develop rapid testing mechanisms for new people programs to evaluate effectiveness and scale successful pilots.
- Ensure accuracy, governance, and usability of people data to generate strategic insights for leadership and management.
- Guide teams in adopting and implementing AI tools to transform people systems through automation, decision support, and scalable infrastructure.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with expertise in operations, analytics, research, and organizational change.
- Establish measurable outcomes for operational performance, employee experience, experimentation velocity, and business impact.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief People Officer on workforce health, people analytics, and operational efficiency.
