Responsibilities
- Track and manage leads from buyers and sellers
- Secure property mandates, with emphasis on exclusive agreements
- Schedule and participate in property viewings
- Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM and listing platforms
- Oversee daily sales administration and timely follow-ups
- Recruit, develop, and supervise independent sales agents
- Manage incoming referral leads through existing networks
- Enforce and safeguard the established sales methodology
