Responsibilities
- Act as the primary local representative for the Healthcare practice in New York City and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, consultants, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with local, regional, and national leaders.
- Lead the development of pursuit strategies, client presentations, proposals, and project narratives.
- Enhance organizational visibility through participation in healthcare associations, conferences, panels, and professional networks.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality client engagement from initial contact through project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to uphold project scope, timelines, staffing, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Provide direction and oversight to teams delivering healthcare facility design solutions.
- Support professional growth of team members and cultivate specialized healthcare design knowledge locally.
- Foster a studio culture centered on design quality, responsibility, responsiveness, and creative problem-solving
