Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy modern HR solutions that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Support client projects with an emphasis on high-quality delivery, strategic coherence, and measurable results.
  • Act as a reliable advisor throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Apply proven consulting methods, project management techniques, and clear communication practices.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and client leaders to ensure delivery of meaningful outcomes.
  • Record billable hours and keep project records up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure HR initiatives support overarching business goals.
  • Lead the collection of functional requirements and assist in choosing appropriate technology vendors.
  • Provide guidance on the design and long-term planning of HR information systems.
  • Manage system setup, validation, and live deployment processes.
  • Promote user adoption through structured change management and training initiatives.
  • Support data reporting, performance metrics, and actionable insights using HR technology platforms.
