As a senior member of the Global IAM team, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the organization’s authentication infrastructure. Your responsibilities will center on Entra ID administration, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies, while ensuring seamless integration across cloud and on-premises environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Entra ID for secure access, including app registrations, enterprise application governance, and admin consent workflows
- Support multi-domain Active Directory with a focus on global authentication performance and reliability
- Lead migration initiatives from On-Prem AD to Entra ID, ensuring minimal disruption and strong security posture
- Manage Group Policy Object health and enforce compliance across Windows environments
- Implement modern authentication methods such as Fido2 and phish-resistant solutions
- Design and deploy federation protocols including SAML and OIDC, along with SCIM provisioning
- Monitor service health, generate operational reports, and support identity integrations with ClearPass
- Collaborate with IAM peers to advance customer identity journeys and automation initiatives
Qualifications
You bring a minimum of eight years in identity and access management with deep technical knowledge in Active Directory and Entra ID. Experience in transitioning on-prem identities to the cloud is essential. You are proficient in PowerShell and Power Automate for automation and operational efficiency.
Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience with OKTA, ClearPass, and NPS, as well as holding the Microsoft SC-300 or a comparable certification.
