CS-Computing GmbH is looking for an ICT System Engineer (80-100%) to be responsible for setting up and maintaining complete IT infrastructures for SMEs and smaller institutions across German-speaking Switzerland. You will act as the main technical contact for key customers, providing consulting, project leadership, and on-site or remote support.
What You'll Do
- Setup and maintenance of complete IT infrastructures for up to approximately 75 clients.
- Consult customers on new purchases and create quotes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all IT questions from your key customers.
- Provide technical and business management for customer projects.
- Deliver customer support on-site and/or via remote maintenance.
- Optimize existing solutions and actively shape new ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as a platform developer EFZ (system technology), comparable training, or a degree in computer science.
- At least two years of professional experience in IT.
- Solid, practical expertise in network (Windows), IT support, and Windows client and server operating systems.
- Very good German skills (native language) and good English skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- A cooperative, decisive, and conscientious personality.
- Enjoyment of independent support and consulting work for SMEs.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
