360dialog GmbH is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to own our DevOps and cloud platform. You will join a dynamic, innovative team collaborating with experienced entrepreneurs and bright minds in tech, working fully remote to build the infrastructure powering our Business Messaging solutions.
What You'll Do
- Proactively and independently own infrastructure, anticipate issues, make clear trade-offs, and drive outcomes.
- Work with modern CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (GKE ideal), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and secrets management (Vault).
- Code for infrastructure using Python, Go, or Bash.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
- Proactive, independent ownership—anticipate issues, make clear trade-offs, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
- Deep Terraform experience (modules, tests, structure, scalability).
- Production GitOps experience (ArgoCD strongly preferred).
- Solid Kubernetes experience (GKE ideal; multi-cluster a plus).
- Modern CI/CD experience (any tool).
- Hands-on experience with Vault, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Ability to code for infrastructure (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Fluent English.
- Growth mindset and hunger to learn.
