Role Overview
This part-time, fully remote position supports the development of advanced language models by leveraging expertise in the humanities. As a Generative AI Specialist, you will focus on English and French linguistic analysis to enhance AI understanding of language, logic, and reasoning. Projects are flexible and conducted entirely online, offering autonomy in scheduling while contributing to global AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated content using structured assessment criteria
- Apply precise labels to textual elements based on defined guidelines
- Classify content into established categories to improve model accuracy
- Assess quality, relevance, and appropriateness of written material
- Generate training data through text transformation techniques such as paraphrasing and summarization
- Review AI outputs to verify functionality against project specifications
- Identify content characteristics such as clickbait or branded material
- Rank or order items according to specific criteria
- Design prompts for language model testing and evaluation
- Rate content relevance using standardized scales
- Produce accurate summaries of complex texts
- Compare linguistic outputs to support model refinement
- Transcribe spoken content into written form
- Translate between languages with precision
- Collect and organize diverse data types—including text, audio, and video—for AI training
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities discipline and demonstrate professional (C1) or expert (C2) proficiency in both English and French. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. Advanced degrees in humanities fields are preferred.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, available to applicants in Canada excluding Quebec, with flexible hours structured around short-term projects ranging from 2 to 6 hours daily.
