Responsibilities
- Reach out to applicants by phone and email to guide them through the loan application journey.
- Gather necessary paperwork from clients, advance files through underwriting, and coordinate prompt loan closings.
- Apply strong interpersonal and analytical abilities to connect quickly with borrowers, highlight loan advantages, and finalize deals in 1–2 conversations.
- Oversee a pipeline of up to 20 active loan applications at varying stages.
- Achieve performance targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
