We are seeking a skilled Intel Analyst to translate client requirements into effective intelligence solutions. You will work closely with product teams, field personnel, and developers to shape collection strategies and analytical approaches that address real-world challenges. Your work will directly inform strategic decisions through well-crafted reports, visualizations, and briefings grounded in sound analytical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across technical and operational teams to define intelligence needs and develop corresponding analysis plans.
- Apply a range of analytical methods to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identifying patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Produce clear, responsive intelligence products—including dashboards, visualizations, and written assessments—that support decision-making at all levels.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of analytical outputs and recommend improvements to enhance quality and impact.
- Guide the development of analytical frameworks and mentor junior analysts to strengthen team-wide capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance tools and technical systems to better support analytical workflows.
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least seven years of experience in intelligence analysis, data analysis, or operations planning. You should be proficient in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis techniques and have a demonstrated ability to draw meaningful conclusions from incomplete or complex datasets.
Strong communication skills are essential—you must be able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, using narrative and visualization to convey insights effectively. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred candidates will have experience in U.S. government or national security environments, familiarity with tools such as Kibana, R, Gephi, or Tableau, and a background in defense, intelligence, or related fields.
