Responsibilities
- Help set up and improve new production systems by contributing to efficient workflow design and process optimization.
- Take part in inspection and quality control activities to ensure avionics outputs meet required standards, while helping define emerging procedures.
- Support the creation and maintenance of accurate records for production processes, test outcomes, and quality audits in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges during early production phases in collaboration with engineering and technical staff.
- Contribute to designing and rolling out innovative manufacturing methods that support scalable and efficient operations.
- Evaluate initial production data to track performance, detect patterns, and support decision-making for process improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to refine production systems.
- Support the development of inventory tracking systems for parts and materials to enable smooth scaling of supply operations.
- Promote compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations to help establish a secure and standards-aligned workplace.
