Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic direction for post-purchase operations by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build scalable, high-quality user experiences
- Convert operational data and user behavior insights into actionable priorities, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives focused on quality, speed, and scalability
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects from initial problem identification through implementation, ensuring alignment, ownership, and measurable results
- Develop and deploy scalable processes, systems, and operating frameworks that adapt to growing user demands and business expansion
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering data-backed insights and evaluating tradeoffs to guide key decisions
- Regularly evaluate operational performance to uncover opportunities for enhancing efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction
