Lead the future of iOS development by shaping technical direction and building high-performance mobile applications for enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll define architecture, drive best practices, and deliver native iOS experiences using Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple’s most advanced frameworks.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and own the technical direction of iOS solutions across multiple client projects, making key decisions on system design, data flow, and API integration
- Build and maintain robust, scalable applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Swift Concurrency
- Design intelligent, context-aware experiences using Apple Intelligence, Core ML, SiriKit, and App Intents
- Integrate iOS apps with hardware and IoT devices via Core Bluetooth, NFC, ARKit, DriverKit, and MFi-certified accessories
- Work closely with UX/UI teams using Figma to translate design systems into high-fidelity, performant interfaces
- Collaborate with backend and product teams to align mobile features with business goals
- Ensure code quality through clean architecture, testing, and peer reviews
- Optimize deployment workflows using CI/CD, automated testing, and modular design patterns
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt
- Guide cross-platform evaluations with React Native or Expo when appropriate, without sacrificing iOS-specific quality
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional iOS development with a proven track record of delivering production-ready native apps
- Deep knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks including SwiftData and Observation
- Experience leading technical teams and making architectural decisions on complex, multi-team projects
- Familiarity with hardware integration patterns: BLE, NFC, MFi, and IoT communication
- Ability to modernize legacy Objective-C codebases while advancing in Swift
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation for iOS
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to mentoring and team growth
Preferred Experience
- Building with Apple Intelligence, on-device machine learning, and agentic AI workflows
- Using Figma for design handoff, including design tokens and component synchronization
- Consulting or agency experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments
- Work in regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance, or government with secure coding standards
- Contributions to open-source iOS projects or public speaking at developer events
- Cross-platform experience with React Native, Expo, KMP, or Flutter—while advocating for native excellence
- Full-stack familiarity with React and Next.js for tighter collaboration with web teams
