Responsibilities
- Address and resolve IT support inquiries from EMEA staff with prompt, high-quality responses and consistent communication.
- Configure, deploy, repair, and recover laptops and end-user devices for new and current employees across the region.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account creation, and access removal.
- Handle identity and access management tasks such as Okta workflows, password resets, and access approvals.
- Support office infrastructure, including internet connectivity, network troubleshooting, hardware, and vendor coordination.
- Operate and maintain meeting room technologies, including Zoom Rooms and audiovisual systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on Mac and PC devices, offering clear guidance to users of all technical levels.
- Document standard procedures, update IT runbooks, and refine processes to improve scalability across EMEA.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, and other teams to ensure IT practices are secure, efficient, and user-focused.
- Monitor recurring technical issues, analyze root causes, and propose enhancements to tools and workflows.
