This role is central to maintaining a reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology environment for a fast-moving battery technology startup. You will manage and support essential SaaS applications, ensuring employees have seamless access to the tools they need to collaborate and innovate.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee administration of core platforms including Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom
- Diagnose and resolve user issues across cloud-based services efficiently
- Handle user lifecycle management, including onboarding, access reviews, and offboarding
- Automate routine tasks using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Integrate systems to improve data flow and reduce manual effort
- Assess new software solutions and support their deployment
- Keep documentation up to date and contribute to internal knowledge resources
- Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to meet compliance standards
- Support company-wide IT initiatives and system rollouts
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Basic scripting ability with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools like Okta, Entra ID, or Google Identity
- Hands-on experience supporting SaaS platforms used in engineering and operations teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and the ability to document processes effectively
Work Environment
