About the Role

Role Overview

This position is responsible for the end-to-end technical success of executive and customer briefing sessions hosted through the Executive Briefing Center. The analyst ensures flawless delivery by maintaining robust technical readiness across both physical and virtual environments, supporting high-stakes engagements that demand precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle technical preparation for all EBC sessions, including those held onsite in New York and remote virtual events
  • Verify functionality of collaboration platforms, network connections, audiovisual systems, demo environments, and integrated solutions prior to each session
  • Deliver real-time technical support during leadership meetings and customer briefings, ensuring uninterrupted experience
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, applications, and endpoint devices with minimal impact
  • Monitor and maintain cloud-based and on-premises demo environments to ensure consistent performance
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, and Product teams for updates, patches, and configuration changes
  • Enforce version control, data integrity, and configuration standards across all demonstration systems
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, checklists, and standard operating procedures for technical readiness
  • Serve as a key technical contact between EBC stakeholders and central IT functions
  • Escalate critical incidents with clear communication and coordinated response
  • Implement monitoring solutions and health checks to proactively identify potential issues
  • Lead initiatives to improve system reliability, response speed, and operational consistency
  • Document post-session findings and maintain updated records for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Technical Operations roles
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams
  • Deep understanding of Windows and macOS environments
  • Solid foundation in networking principles and protocols
  • Extensive experience with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across multiple technology layers
  • Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure during high-visibility events
  • Willingness to support sessions outside standard hours and across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management frameworks
  • Prior experience supporting executive-facing or customer demonstration environments
  • Working knowledge of AV systems and smart room technologies
  • Background in ITIL or structured service delivery models
  • Exposure to cybersecurity practices and compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $105,800 to $142,000. Additional compensation includes performance-related and annual bonuses tied to individual and company outcomes. Work Model
