As a Senior IT Solution Architect, you will define and guide the end-to-end technical direction for the commercial Veeva ecosystem, ensuring long-term scalability, integration integrity, and architectural consistency. Your work will directly support a large-scale digital transformation spanning over 70 countries, translating business strategy into resilient, future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish architectural standards for Vault CRM, covering configuration models, data management, and integration patterns across global and regional systems, aligned with enterprise-wide targets.
- Lead architectural governance beyond initial delivery phases, ensuring sustainable ownership and evolution of the Vault CRM platform.
- Evaluate risks tied to the transition from Salesforce-based CRM to Vault CRM, including impacts on configuration and integration dependencies.
- Design and oversee integrations between Vault CRM and core enterprise systems such as SAP, customer data platforms, analytics tools, and Databricks-powered Data Mesh, using event-driven and interface-first approaches.
- Guide development teams building on Veeva, reviewing technical designs, influencing configuration decisions, and minimizing technical debt through sound architectural practices.
- Support enterprise governance by contributing to Design Authority forums, documenting Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and applying a practical SaaS governance model that clarifies configuration limits and vendor influence.
- Act as a platform expert, advising leadership and global stakeholders on Veeva capabilities, roadmap planning, and emerging technologies—including Veeva AI and its commercial applications.
