As an early member of the IT function, you'll play a central role in maintaining reliable technology operations across the organization. You’ll ensure employees have the tools they need, resolve technical issues quickly, and build scalable solutions that reduce friction across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve hardware and software support requests, prioritizing fast resolution and clear communication
- Manage the complete lifecycle of company devices—from setup and configuration to ongoing maintenance and secure retirement
- Design and implement automation workflows using AI and scripting to reduce manual effort and improve response times
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment, enforcing consistent standards company-wide
- Support live events with on-site technical coordination, including audiovisual setup and pre-event testing
- Collaborate with security specialists to balance strong device protection with seamless user experience
What We’re Looking For
You have 2–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration within a technology-driven environment. You're comfortable diagnosing issues in macOS or Linux systems and have a history of taking ownership of problems from start to finish.
Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating service terms, and leading cross-functional initiatives is essential. You approach support with empathy and efficiency, always looking for ways to improve systems, not just fix symptoms.
