Aledade was looking for an IT Support Analyst I

Aledade is hiring an IT Support Analyst I to join our Technology department. You will be based in Bethesda, MD and serve as a crucial first point of contact for resolving internal technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document, track, and resolve support tickets
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employee technology
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management principles

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in our Bethesda, MD office.
