Internet Travel Solutions is hiring an IT Technician I (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to workstation operating systems
  • Address printer malfunctions and connectivity problems
  • Troubleshoot standard business software such as Microsoft Office
  • Support line-of-business applications including SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, with vendor collaboration for specialized tools
  • Perform basic desktop network troubleshooting for connectivity issues
  • Respond to client-initiated Quick Fix support calls
  • Take part in an on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend assistance

Compensation

Pay rates range from $4.59/hr to $6.89/hr depending on experience and location
