What You'll Do
Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat. Diagnose and resolve issues related to mobile applications, device settings, and connectivity problems. Help users get the most from their devices by offering personalized guidance and practical solutions.
Log every interaction thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring clarity and consistency for future reference. When needed, coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate complex cases and contribute feedback for improving support workflows. Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Stay up to date with evolving mobile technologies and product updates, continuously building your knowledge to support a changing user base.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially in mobile device environments
- Highly customer-focused, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Capable of working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated interest in technology and a drive to expand your technical knowledge
