Responsibilities
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions that support business goals.
- Ensure all systems follow security, compliance, and data protection standards, identifying risks and applying mitigation strategies.
- Build, support, and debug Java-based applications and integrations, ensuring reliability and strong performance.
- Work closely with front-end development teams to enable smooth, efficient, and secure interactions between client and server.
- Apply secure coding techniques, participate in peer code reviews, and help strengthen system integrity and resilience.
- Track system performance, detect performance issues, and optimize components to enhance responsiveness and stability.
- Address integration failures and production incidents promptly, contributing to root cause analysis and preventive improvements.
- Keep current with advancements in Java development, security protocols, and architectural patterns to improve system strength.
- Support junior team members through mentorship, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
- Offer technical feedback, coaching, and development support to strengthen team capabilities.
