- Design and build systems across multiple project initiatives
- Handle service requests tied to the Cello system
- Deliver frontline technical support for daily user operations
- Monitor application logs and carry out routine administrative tasks
- Respond to urgent system outages with timely support
- Manage and configure vendor interfaces using EDI protocols
- Implement Test Driven Development practices in coding workflows
- Enhance platform reliability and efficiency through continuous refactoring
