You'll play a key role in developing and refining a cloud-native SaaS application within the healthcare industry. Working in a compact, agile team, you'll help translate business needs into robust technical solutions using Java and Spring technologies. Your focus will be on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code within a microservices architecture.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and implement scalable backend services
- Contribute to technical decisions and help guide the implementation of new features
- Work within a Scrum framework alongside a product owner, architect, and scrum master
- Take ownership of code quality and system reliability
- Gradually expand your skill set to include front-end components, particularly with Angular
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Java 17 and experience with Spring and Spring Boot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines, particularly Kubernetes and GitLab CI
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and microservices architecture
- Front-end experience with Angular is beneficial but not required
