What You'll Do
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver robust web applications from concept through deployment. Develop responsive user interfaces using React with Next.js and AstroJS, ensuring seamless performance and fast interactions. Implement and maintain real-time data flows using WebSocket technologies, managing complex state and synchronization across distributed systems.
Take ownership of frontend architecture, contributing to scalable component libraries and evolving our design system with a focus on accessibility, theming, and developer experience. Optimize rendering strategies, state management, and build processes to enhance performance and maintainability. Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, working within Docker and Kubernetes environments.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and advanced CSS patterns
- Proven ability to design and scale real-time applications such as live dashboards, trading interfaces, or interactive data platforms
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, including rendering techniques, state management, and performance optimization
- Experience with server-side rendering, incremental static regeneration, and routing strategies in Next.js or Astro
- Background in building and maintaining design systems, with attention to consistency, reuse, and accessibility
- Comfort working in containerized environments and shaping deployment infrastructure
- Ability to lead technical direction, mentor team members, and collaborate across time zones
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher

Familiarity with event-driven architectures, live data feeds, or real-time event processing adds value to your application.
