Responsibilities
- Design and develop frontend features and backend systems, following through from concept to deployment and ongoing monitoring with mentorship.
- Produce readable, sustainable, and thoroughly tested code; include clear documentation, logging, and performance metrics.
- Engage in peer reviews of code and system design, offering and accepting actionable feedback to improve overall quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data to define requirements, iterate on deliverables, and ship impactful features.
- Enhance system stability by resolving defects, addressing technical debt, and advancing performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Use modern development tools—such as version control, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and AI-powered assistants—critically and adaptively.
