Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse set of client accounts with company sizes between 100 and 2,500 employees
- Drive revenue retention and growth by identifying renewal and upsell potential across a broad customer base
- Leverage automation tools and data analysis to prioritize accounts and manage them efficiently
- Discover opportunities for growth, ensure renewals, and boost engagement using automated workflows
- Support the development of scalable account management practices within the key account team
- Collaborate with client success, revenue operations, marketing, and subject matter experts to implement automated outreach
- Streamline renewal workflows and uncover upsell paths across multiple accounts
- Develop repeatable processes to accelerate customer expansion
- Ensure clients consistently derive value from the platform to support long-term retention
- Influence global key account management strategy by sharing effective automation practices
