About the Role

Shape the future of language and intercultural development within a globally connected scientific community. In this role, you will design and lead a cohesive learning strategy that strengthens communication, fosters inclusion, and supports both scientific and administrative staff across international locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver language and intercultural programmes tailored to a multilingual, multicultural workforce
  • Transform existing language initiatives into a strategic, integrated development framework
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences
  • Align language learning with leadership development and broader professional growth opportunities
  • Build networks and organise events that promote cross-site and cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Use feedback and data to continuously improve programme relevance and impact
  • Advance inclusive communication practices and cultural fluency across all levels of the organisation

What We’re Looking For

You bring experience in language education, applied linguistics, or intercultural communication, with a track record in designing learning solutions for diverse professional environments. You are skilled in teaching across languages and connecting with stakeholders from varied backgrounds. Your approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to bridging cultural and linguistic differences.
