We're seeking a skilled Motion Designer to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of marketing campaigns across Latin America and beyond. In this position, you'll bring brand narratives to life through dynamic motion content tailored for digital channels such as social media, display ads, and online advertising platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics that capture attention and support marketing goals
- Work closely with marketing, brand, and performance teams to interpret creative briefs and deliver impactful visuals
- Lead motion projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness
- Stay current with evolving design trends, tools, and technologies in the motion and digital space
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions and improve content effectiveness
- Help identify and onboard new design talent as the team expands
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline
- Proven track record in motion design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-moving environment
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
Nice to Have
- Prior work on campaigns targeting Latin American audiences
- Background in data-informed or performance-driven marketing
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior design team members
