Shape the future of sales performance through data
As the Lead Sales Analyst, you’ll be central to defining how sales success is measured and optimized. You’ll develop a robust analytics foundation that tracks deal progression, rep effectiveness, and channel efficiency from lead to close. Your insights will directly inform leadership decisions on strategy, resourcing, and investment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain comprehensive reporting on pipeline health, including deal velocity, stage conversion, forecast accuracy, and win/loss trends.
- Assess the performance of sales motions and channels to determine ROI and guide go-to-market prioritization.
- Build end-to-end attribution models that link marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Establish a unified framework for sales metrics to ensure consistency and trust across teams.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in deal quality, rep productivity, and territory performance.
- Create self-serve dashboards and analytical tools that reduce dependency on manual reporting requests.
- Deliver clear, actionable summaries of complex data for executive audiences, influencing decisions on comp, headcount, and territory planning.
- Integrate AI into analytical workflows to automate reporting, accelerate modeling, and scale insights across the organization.
- Work with data engineering and RevOps to maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper tracking for new sales initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years in analytics roles with tangible business impact, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with platforms like Salesforce, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proven background in pipeline analytics—tracking deal movement, conversion, quota performance, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Python for modeling, with experience using AI tools to enhance analytical output.
- Track record of building reusable, scalable analytics solutions that empower teams.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, strategic narratives for executives.
- Collaborative experience across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Self-driven with a focus on ownership, precision, and speed in a scaling organization.
