The EU Digital Identity (EUDI) framework is constructing a comprehensive, unified digital identity ecosystem, replacing fragmented and traditional documentation processes. This groundbreaking ecosystem will empower EU citizens and residents with personal digital identity wallets, enabling secure identification, authentication across member states, and seamless credential management including driving licenses, academic diplomas, and official permits.
