Responsibilities
- Direct operational planning across design, video, motion, illustration, and events to enhance team efficiency, prioritization, and scalability
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and external partners to navigate complex operational choices and evolving priorities
- Develop and refine processes for creative request intake, project allocation, resource management, capacity tracking, and cross-team coordination
- Oversee and optimize project management systems and digital asset platforms to boost organization, transparency, adoption, and output quality
- Ensure high-speed, high-quality execution on large-scale projects by providing operational guidance, resolving blockers, and leading projects as needed
- Manage the integration, communication, and rollout of new creative technologies and vendor tools, including AI, automation, and emerging platforms
