As a Lead Data & Pipeline Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust data infrastructure across the organization. Your work will center on creating scalable pipelines that support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement data architecture standards and best practices
- Design end-to-end data workflows that ensure reliability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to align data systems with business goals
- Monitor pipeline performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability
- Lead technical reviews and mentor team members on data engineering practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data architecture, pipeline development, and cloud platforms
- Strong background in SQL, Python, and distributed data systems
- Experience with tools such as Apache Airflow, Kafka, or Spark
- Ability to lead complex projects and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
