Truelogic Software is hiring a Lead Front-End Engineer (React) to lead the redesign, rebrand, and modernization of a widely used digital gifting application. In this hands-on role, you will serve as a React expert collaborating with distributed teams and clients to optimize mobile usability, performance, and integrate gift cards into a larger fintech ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead the front-end redesign and rebranding of a major digital gift card platform.
- Optimize mobile usability, responsiveness, and performance across all devices.
- Integrate gift cards as a native component within a larger fintech ecosystem.
- Improve digital setup and customer experience to boost activation and engagement.
- Develop high-quality, reusable UI components using Storybook.
- Implement and maintain CMS integrations using Contentful.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) across all front-end implementations.
- Write and maintain unit tests using React Testing Library and Jest.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams across global regions.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of front-end development experience.
- At least 2 years in a lead role.
- Expert-level proficiency in React & Redux.
- Expert-level proficiency in Storybook.
- Expert-level proficiency in Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tailwind CSS or other utility-first frameworks.
- Expert-level proficiency in React Testing Library / Jest.
- Strong command of accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices.
- Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, performant front-end applications.
