Shape the foundation of a global rental platform as the Lead Full-Stack Engineer. You’ll be responsible for the full technical scope of The Flex platform, guiding its architecture and execution across web interfaces, backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. This role blends deep technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on long-term scalability and operational precision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and evolution of system architecture for core functions including bookings, payments, pricing, and guest interactions
- Build and refine full-stack features, from React frontends to FastAPI services and serverless AWS components
- Design robust, API-first systems that integrate with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio
- Develop event-driven workflows to automate operations and reduce manual overhead
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance across global deployments
- Establish coding standards, lead code reviews, and mentor through technical example
- Drive real-time capabilities such as booking synchronization, AI-driven alerts, and live dashboards
