Responsibilities
- Shape the strategic direction and design of modular, scalable product experiences that align closely with platform architecture to enhance key cybersecurity operations.
- Lead the adoption of intelligent automation and generative AI within user journeys to significantly improve speed, precision, and decision-making capabilities.
- Convert intricate cybersecurity data into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that support efficient investigation, analysis, and response actions.
- Work hand-in-hand with research teams to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring design choices are evidence-based.
- Advocate for Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) principles to build reusable design components and simplify workflows around core platform entities.
- Oversee the growth and refinement of the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and adaptive functionality across all products.
- Use customer feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics to guide roadmap priorities and assess the measurable outcomes of design initiatives.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure product features are implemented thoughtfully, consistently, and at scale.
