Lead Python Engineer – We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design and implementation of Python-based systems within Azure cloud environments. You will take ownership of technical direction, driving high-quality solutions that meet complex business needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of cloud-native applications, from concept through deployment and optimization on Azure.
- Work directly with client teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor engineers, fostering strong coding practices, peer review, and continuous learning.
- Design scalable, secure architectures using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, and Storage.
- Ensure all systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on support when needed.
- Keep pace with advancements in Python engineering and cloud technologies to inform best practices.
