The Lead Solution Architect - Test Manager plays a central role in evaluating process designs and existing technical solutions to identify opportunities for optimization. Reporting to the Operations-RPA-Project Manager, this position ensures alignment between technical delivery and operational excellence while maintaining strict adherence to service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment of requirements and conduct feasibility and impact analyses to guide solution development.
- Take ownership of code deliverables and lead research into emerging technologies that can enhance RPA integration.
- Oversee the management of RPA infrastructure, including server setup, control room configuration, and application deployment.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable RPA tools based on project needs and lead initiatives for process re-engineering.
- Mentor team members to build domain expertise and foster strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analyze current systems to propose efficiency gains and ensure project timelines and SLAs are consistently achieved.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency across requirement gathering, coding, testing, system architecture, domain knowledge, project and change management, and infrastructure support. Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, initiative, and a focus on developing others are essential.
Technical expertise is required in RPA platforms, Microsoft Office, telecom fundamentals, and programming languages including C, Java, .NET, Python, VBA, and SQL variants (MySQL, Oracle), along with API concepts. A specialized postgraduate or undergraduate degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred. Prior experience in multi-channel delivery environments and 0–3 years of relevant work experience are advantageous.
